When you update your profile and fill in your data, you will receive a call from our admissions team and they’ll walk you through it step by step.

Figure out who you are!

Educatly counsellors will need some background information about you to connect you to the best opportunities. Such information includes:

1. What’s the last educational level you received (be it high school, a bachelor’s, or a master’s)?

2. What’s your GPA?

3. What degree level are you looking for?

4. What’s your budget?

5. Where do you want to study?

The needed documents:

Then comes the time to prepare the needed documents to apply to your program of choice. This includes the passport, academic transcript, graduation certificate, and depending on the program, an IELTS test score to prove your English proficiency. Along with those documents, you need to prepare a couple of things. For example, prepare your CV, which we will help and guide you to write in a way that makes universities wait for YOUR acceptance letter, not the other way around.

You’ll also need to write a motivational letter (a personal statement) and get a recommendation letter. For this, we can send you a template that just needs filling by your most trusted professor.

After that, you’re ready to apply! 

The application:

You won’t have to apply yourself. Educatly will do that for you. The university of your choice will receive an application for you through Educatly. Do you know what that means? Then it’s the university’s turn to respond and send an offer letter, where they mention if there are any more needed information and the amount of the initial deposit.

The acceptance letter:

Next on the schedule is receiving your acceptance letter, which you will receive. Once you know you’re an accepted university student, the time to pay the deposit and get ready for the visa comes.

The visa:

We will share with you what papers you need, where you can get them, and where to apply. Prepare a visa letter, the acceptance letter, and maybe a bank statement and a couple of papers, and you’re good to go. We know you’ll get your visa accepted since you have an acceptance letter from one of the top universities; from there, it’s time to look for accommodation. 

Accommodation:

You’ll be receiving some recommendations from us when it comes to accommodations. We can connect you to different accommodation options, including on-campus housing, as we have many accommodation partners! We’ll even book it for you.
