Kinesio UK Taping Course Level 1 & 2 (Fundamentals and Advanced)

Program Overview

This Kinesio Taping training program consists of Level 1 and Level 2 courses, introducing practitioners to fundamental and advanced concepts and taping methods.

Outline:

• Kinesio UK Level 1 Course:
Introduces practitioners to the Kinesio Taping Method. Covers fundamental concepts and basic taping methods. Attendees will learn to apply Kinesio Taping to relax overuse syndromes, stimulate weak muscles, and decrease pain and swelling.
• Kinesio UK Level 2 Course:
Builds on Level 1 material. Covers advanced concepts and corrective techniques. Attendees will learn about six corrective techniques and their applications. Upon completion, practitioners will be able to discuss and apply the Kinesio Taping Method for orthopaedic and neurological conditions.

Other:

• Target Audience: Students of the University of Hertfordshire with a level 4 understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly origins and insertions of muscles.
Also available to sports therapists, sport and exercise scientists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, exercise specialists, and personal trainers. Additional health practitioners may be considered upon contacting the course leader.
