TL6010: Inclusive Academic Practice for Research Supervision
Program Overview
This micro-credential equips research supervisors with knowledge and skills to foster inclusive supervisor-supervisee relationships. Through blended learning (seminars, directed study), the program explores inclusive supervision practices, addressing mental health issues among postgraduate students and promoting the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. Applicants with a primary honors degree in teaching from a Higher Education institution are eligible.

- Content: The module explores competing interpretations of inclusion, best practice approaches to inclusive supervision, and the social norms and relationships embedded within the supervisor-supervisee relationship. It also addresses mental health problems and poor wellbeing among postgraduate students.
