Program Overview
The Sarjana Muda Pengajian Islam (Usuluddin dan Falsafah) program is structured based on the study of Syariah, Theology & Philosophy, Quranic & Sunnah Studies, Arabic Language & Civilization, and Dakwah & Leadership. The program aims to equip students with the skills to understand the complex and interconnected world.
Program Structure
The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Islamic studies, with a focus on Usuluddin and Falsafah. The program consists of four years of study, with a range of courses that cover various aspects of Islamic studies.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, students must meet the following requirements:
- STPM, Matrikulasi, Asasi, STAM, Diploma
- Syarat Am Universiti
- Syarat Khas Program
- APEL (A) certification from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) at Level 6 of the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF)
- Minimum Band 2.0 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for examinations starting from the 2021 session, or Band 2 for examinations up to 2020, according to the validity period on the application date
- Pass the examination and/or interview set by the faculty
Tuition Fees
The tuition fees for the program are as follows:
- Local Students:
- Registration: RM 1,200
- Activity and Service: RM 340
- Tuition: RM 550
- First Semester: RM 2,090
- Subsequent Semesters: RM 890
- Total Fees: RM 8,320
- Short Semester: RM 30 per credit

Faculty Information
The Faculty of Islamic Studies is committed to providing students with a comprehensive education in Islamic studies.
