Program Details

Duta Siswazah Program

The Duta Siswazah program is a voluntary program introduced by the Centre for Academic Management. The program was officially launched on January 25, 2015.

Objectives and Roles

The main objectives of the Duta Siswazah program are:

1. To serve as a reference point for new and prospective students at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, providing information and advice on academic and student-related issues.
2. To assist in providing customer services, such as organizing academic programs, community services, cultural events, new student orientations, and visits to the university by external parties.
3. To help promote Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia's graduate programs, utilizing the students' knowledge of their native culture and language.
4. To act as liaison officers and facilitators for visitors from within and outside the country who come to the university.

Selection Process

Duta Siswazah representatives are selected through a rigorous process, which includes a series of training sessions designed to identify candidates who possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking, leadership abilities, and teamwork skills.
