Program Overview

The program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of strategic airline management and the legal and regulatory framework in the aviation industry. The program consists of five days of interactive lectures and case studies, covering topics such as strategic analysis, strategic choice, airline core competencies, and legal and regulatory issues.

• November 4th, 2019: Day 1 - Strategic analysis (Yvonne Ziegler)
• November 5th, 2019: Day 2 - Strategic Choice (Yvonne Ziegler)
• November 6th, 2019: Day 3 - Airline Core competencies (Yvonne Ziegler) & Aviation Industry Highlights (Sufian Jusoh)
• November 7th, 2019: Day 4 - Legal and Regulatory Framework (Christian Nuehlen)
• November 8th, 2019: Day 5 - Legal and Regulatory Issues with a focus on ASEAN policy (Christian Nuehlen & Sufian Jusoh)

Target Group

• Aviation Employees of the ASEAN region (Minimum 10 participants, Maximum of 20 participants)
• Scholarships available for participants from Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar
