  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioural therapies for anxiety, mood, and related disorders, modifying formulations as necessary.

Residential School

The subject includes a 2.5-day compulsory residential school, which serves to:


  • Teach therapy skills
  • Demonstrate clinical therapy skills
  • Demonstrate the application of case formulation to treatment planning and monitoring
  • Engage students in case analysis and discussion Activities include lectures, demonstrations, case discussions, small-group learning activities, role-plays, and student self-evaluation tasks.
