Mobility and Exchange Programs
The Faculty of Sciences manages a comprehensive mobility program with actions covering the following objectives:
- Encouraging the University of Alicante's internationalization actions to promote the mobility of the University members
- Promoting the learning of languages for teaching and research purposes
- Boosting the students' training at other national and international universities
- Allowing university students to perform work placements at foreign companies and, thus, improving their qualifications
Academic External Internships
The Faculty of Sciences manages a work placement program aimed at students who have successfully passed 50% of undergraduate credits and/or meet the requirements stated on their syllabi. The main goals of such work placements are:
- Allowing students to apply and complement the knowledge acquired in their academic training to pre-professional activities to be developed at collaborating companies
- Linking the needs of the job market to the University training activities
Final-Year Master's Degree Project
All official Master's degree courses will include the preparation and public defense of a Master's Final Project (MFP), which must be carried out in the final phase of the study program and focused on the evaluation of the Master's content. The MFP will be an original, self-reliant and individual work, in which case each student will carry it out under the guidance of a tutor.
