Telecommunication Program
Overview
The Telecommunication program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and operate telecommunication devices, systems, and networks, as well as implement services based on digital technology and digital signal processing. Students will learn to design and program radioelectronic devices and radio transmission networks, sound processing, recording, and playback systems, as well as television and multimedia systems.
Career Opportunities
Graduates of the Telecommunication program can work as operators of stationary and mobile networks, service providers, manufacturers of telecommunication equipment and software. They can also find employment with television and radio broadcasters, recording studios, and telecommunication and information technology departments of banks, government administration, and other large enterprises, as well as research and development centers of global telecommunication concerns.
