The MM-MM Quality Management Engineer - Quality Management Manager advanced course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, methods, and techniques. Course Objectives
The primary objective of the course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, implement, and maintain quality management systems. Course Structure

This module focuses on the relationship between quality and reliability, including the concepts of reliability, maintainability, and availability.

This module explores the principles and practices of service quality management, including service design, service delivery, and service improvement.
Module 5: Organization and Business Environment
This module examines the relationship between organizations and their business environment, including the impact of external factors on organizational performance.
Module 6: Metrology and Technical Level Analysis
This module introduces participants to the principles and practices of metrology, including measurement uncertainty, calibration, and validation.
Module 7: Selected Chapters from Quality-Related Specialized Knowledge
This module covers various specialized topics in quality management, including audit methods, presentation techniques, and automotive industry experiences.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the course, participants must have a higher education degree (university or college) and at least two years of work experience. Preference is given to those with experience in quality management.
Assessment and Evaluation
Participant performance is evaluated based on homework assignments, written and oral exams, and a final project. The course concludes with a final exam and project presentation.
Certificate
Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of completion, which is recognized by the European Organization for Quality (EOQ). The certificate is equivalent to the EOQ Quality Management System Manager certification.
Course Materials and Methodology
Course materials include printed and digital resources, as well as guided homework assignments. The course uses a combination of lectures, discussions, and group work to facilitate learning.
Additional Information
The course is designed to meet the requirements of the EOQ harmonized certification/register system. Participants who complete the course can apply for the EOQ Quality Management System Manager certification.
