Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for managerial and leadership positions. Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, business administration, or a related field. The minimum number of credits required for admission is 60 credits in the following areas:
- Methodological knowledge (mathematics, statistics, computer science): 15 credits
- Economic knowledge (micro- and macroeconomics, international economics, environmental economics, economic theory, economic statistics, history of economic thought, economic modeling, economic policy, sectoral and functional economics, community economics, world and European economics, public policy): 10 credits
- Business knowledge (business economics, finance, economic law, decision theory and methodology, business ethics, business communication): 10 credits
- Social science knowledge (European Union, general and economic legal knowledge, economic history, sociology, psychology, philosophy): 10 credits
- Professional knowledge (organizational behavior, accounting, corporate finance, marketing, production management, leadership and organization, controlling, strategic planning, human resource management): 15 credits
Applicants must have at least 30 credits in the above-mentioned areas. Any missing credits must be completed within two active semesters.
Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for the program is 600,000 HUF per semester.
