Program Overview

The Kelab KAPPELA initiative, led by the Deputy Chairman of KAPPELA and the Committee Member for Generation and Promotion, aims to generate financial resources for the club through the establishment of the Mini Mart KAPPELA.

• The initiative began with a small initial capital of RM 100.
• The program is part of the club's efforts to promote financial sustainability.

Program Structure

Leadership

• The program is led by the Timbalan Pengerusi KAPPELA (Deputy Chairman of KAPPELA) and the Ahli Jawatankuasa Penjanaan dan Promosi (Committee Member for Generation and Promotion).
• The Jawatankuasa Program Bendahari KAPELLA (KAPELLA Program Finance Committee) and the Pegawai Tadbir (Pereka) (Administrative Officer (Designer)) are also involved in the program.

Roles and Responsibilities

• The Juru Audit KAPELLA (KAPELLA Auditor) and the Webmaster UTM CDex (UTM CDex Webmaster) play supporting roles in the program.
• The Pengerusi KAPELLA (KAPELLA Chairman) oversees the overall direction of the club, including the Mini Mart KAPPELA initiative.
