Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme
The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) is established by the Hong Kong Research Grants Council (RGC) to attract the best and brightest students from all over the world to pursue their PhD studies in Hong Kong. Applicants for admission to the PhD programs via HKPFS will concurrently be considered for the regular research postgraduate programs.

Admission
The admission offers are highly competitive and subject to quota availability. Applicants are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with the application details and make applications as early as possible. A non-refundable admission confirmation fee, including the first installment of tuition fee plus other administrative fees, must be paid upon acceptance of the admission offer.
