F³hrungskrõfteentwicklungsprogramm 2022/23
The F³hrungskrõfteentwicklungsprogramm 2022/23 is a leadership development program designed to support leaders in their roles.
Program Objectives
The program aims to provide leaders with inspiration and support in addressing current challenges, such as the introduction of flexible work arrangements or the implementation of leadership guidelines in practice. Additionally, the program seeks to offer ideas and inspiration for leading one's own area of responsibility and to facilitate the exchange of experiences between leaders.
Program Structure
The program consists of various modules and practical workshops (both in-person and online) on leadership topics, derived from the leadership guidelines. The program starts after the summer break in 2022 (staggered until the end of September) and is expected to be completed by June 2023.
Program Content (Learning Journey)
The program covers topics such as:
- Role and self-understanding as a leader
- Special challenges, such as designing changes, leading difficult conversations, or dealing with feedback
- Themes like gender competence, handling (work) overload, or leading in an online context ("Remote Leadership") The training sessions aim to refresh and further develop the leadership competencies of each individual leader in the context of current challenges.
Program Implementation
The program is conducted by the cooperation partner trainsform.
Target Group
The program is designed for leaders who want to develop their leadership skills and competencies.
