KIN732 - Tissue mobilization of the lower limb and prescription of adapted exercises

Training target(s)
  • Apply the different tissue mobilization techniques associated with specific, analytical and global joint mobilizations of the lower limb with a therapeutic aim.
  • Choose and apply specific muscle relaxation techniques in order to restore the harmony of the muscle chains of the lower limb.
  • Prescribe, taking into account the clinical impression, exercises aimed at musculoskeletal rebalance.
  • Educate the patient in order to restore their functional autonomy.
  • Act responsibly, with integrity and respecting the unique character of the patient.
Content
  • Tissue mobilization techniques.
  • Specific muscle release techniques (trigger points, contract-release, directed stretching).
  • Taking into account the effects of various techniques on the patient and on tissue structures.
  • Advantages and disadvantages.
  • Prescription of therapeutic exercises adapted to this region (self-massage, strengthening, mobilization, proprioception, etc.) according to different pathologies of the musculoskeletal system.
  • Taking into account the patient's real limits in the context of professional, domestic, social and sporting activities.
  • Legal and ethical dimensions relating to the intervention.
