BA (Hons) History

The BA (Hons) History program is designed to help students understand the past and its impact on the present. By exploring five centuries of human history, students will encounter political intrigue, cultural transformation, war, sex, and revolution across the globe.


Module: Other Voices - Marginalisation in Early Modern Europe

This module allows students to investigate and analyze the identities, processes, and structures that contributed to the formation of in-groups and out-groups in early modern Europe. Students will examine the social and political forces that were in play during this period, including the treatment of heretics, religious minorities, and the poor.


Program Description

The program provides students with the opportunity to develop problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities, giving them an edge in the world of work. By studying history, students will gain a deeper understanding of the past and its relevance to the present and future.
