Certificate in Governance, Risk, and Compliance

• The program requires a total of 24 credits.
• Required courses include:
  • MBA 4610: Business Law and Public Policy (4 credits)
  • LGST 4701: Topics in Ethics & Legal Study (4 credits)
  • ACTG 4620: Accounting Ethics (4 credits)
  • LGST 4760 or ACTG 4760: CEOs and Corporate Governance (4 credits)
• Elective courses:

  • LGST 4700: International Law
  • BUS 4444: Global Bus, Governance & CSR
