Entry Requirements

  • A second class honours degree or above in a subject that is cognate within the built environment fields.
  • If English is not your first language, you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification.

  • Tuition fees for international students (2025/26): £18,600
  • Additional course costs:
    • General stationery and printing for reports, A3 portfolio pad, model-making materials: £120
    • Student contribution to subsidised field trip to a European city: £200

Accreditation

  • Our Town Planning course is accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and provides two years' free student membership of the institute alongside a route to full Chartered status of the Institute attainable two years after graduation.
