The UCOL Bachelor of Teaching, Early Childhood Education (ECE) Level 7 prepares graduates to teach in the bicultural context of New Zealand, with a focus on supporting the educational success of Māori and Pasifika learners. The program combines theory with practice through on-campus classes and practical experience placements, equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge to work with infants, toddlers, and young children in a variety of early childhood settings.
