This BEng Hons in Product Design Engineering program prepares students with the skills to envision, develop, and manufacture visually appealing and efficiently designed new products that can be sold in competitive markets. Students develop technical engineering knowledge and artistic design principles in areas such as engineering mechanics, design and manufacturing management, and mechatronics design and applications. The program also emphasizes practical experience through industrial group projects and opportunities to work on real-world design challenges with industry partners.
