Brief Description

Understanding the law is essential in many aspects of life, from navigating your rights as a citizen to making informed decisions in business or public service. This 12-week, Level 8 micro-credential introduces you to the foundations of the Irish legal system. You will explore how the Constitution, courts, and legal professions operate, and learn about key areas such as criminal law, tort law, and European Union (EU) law.
