The BI-Jönköping University Pathway Programme is a joint program created by BI Norwegian Business School and Jönköping University. The program aims to prepare students academically for BI's three-year English-taught bachelor's programs. The program is held at Jönköping University in Sweden (Gränna or Jönköping campuses) or online. The Pathway Programme offers two tracks, determined by the student's English language proficiency:
- BI-JU English Track (entry level IELTS 5.0 or equivalent):
- Autumn Semester:
- English 1 (20 credits)
- Life & Studies in Scandinavia 1 (2.5 credits)
- Mathematics 1 (7.5 credits)
- Spring Semester:
- English 2 (20 credits)
- Life & Studies in Scandinavia 2 (2.5 credits)
- Study Skills, Intercultural Competence and Advanced Literacies (7.5 credits)
- BI-JU General Track (entry level IELTS 5.5 or equivalent):

Other:
Successful completion of the Pathway Programme is a prerequisite for official admission to BI's English-language bachelor's programs. Upon admission to Jönköping University, students receive confirmation of a study place at BI, conditional on passing all Pathway courses. The official application to BI occurs in the spring. The program introduces students to Scandinavian society and culture.
