On Campus with Some Online
You’ll primarily learn face to face with a teacher in one of our learning spaces such as a classroom or simulated workplace environment. Some of your training may also take place via video or Zoom.

You will study online however your classes will be delivered in real time via a scheduled timetable. You will interact with your teachers and other students using programs like Zoom.
Online Self-Directed

Entry Requirements
To be eligible to enrol into this course you must have successfully completed all of the following units of competency (or equivalent):
- FNSACC321 Process financial transactions and extract interim reports
- FNSACC322 Administer subsidiary accounts and ledgers
- FNSACC418 Work effectively in the accounting and bookkeeping industry
- FNSACC421 Prepare financial reports
Resources Required
Access to the internet and a computer/laptop, USB, Microsoft Office 2013 or later version, stationery items, textbooks may be required to be purchased.
Important Information
Students who have completed Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or Accounting Principles Skills Set will potentially have completed units which will correspond towards the Diploma of Accounting. This may reduce the number of units required to complete the Diploma and reduce the overall price as prices are based on individual unit costs.
Assessment Methods

You may be assessed in a number of ways while you are studying at TAFE Queensland, including observation, written assessment, questioning, portfolios, work samples, third-party feedback, and through recognition of prior learning.
