Sport and Exercise Science

Course Overview

The BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science programme at the University of Winchester is designed to equip students with the practical skills and scientific expertise to make a real difference in the field of sport and exercise science. The course is built around four core strands that provide a well-rounded understanding of the scientific principles behind sport and exercise: Sport and Exercise Psychology, Sport and Exercise Physiology, Sports and Exercise Biomechanics, and Research Methods in Sport and Exercise.
