Overview

The unit ECOP4011: Advanced Theory in Political Economy is an advanced unit in the theoretical foundations of political economy. It extends and deepens knowledge gained from ECOP3911 and complements studies in ECOP4012. The unit interrogates the main schools of critical scholarship and how they can be deployed in research practice to illuminate and advance new understandings of contemporary issues in political economy.
