Máster en Salud Pública (MSP)

The Master's in Public Health (MSP) program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in the field of public health.

Program Overview

The program aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to work in the field of public health, with a focus on the following areas:

• Competencies and adequacy of the candidate's profile to the objectives and contents of the program
• Academic record
• Knowledge of the English language or, alternatively, Spanish

Admission Criteria

The selection committee will consider the following criteria to prioritize applications:

• Competencies and adequacy of the candidate's profile to the objectives and contents of the program (45% of the total evaluation)
  • Evaluation of the candidate's profile will be based on the motivation letter (25%) and letters of recommendation (20%)
  • The motivation letter should outline the candidate's suitability for the program and their professional objectives
  • Letters of recommendation should highlight the candidate's aptitudes and the need for the Master's in Public Health
• Academic record (40% of the total evaluation)
  • Evaluation will be based on the UPF's academic record evaluation regulations (25%)
  • Additional academic training in statistics and epidemiology will also be valued (15%)
• Knowledge of the English language or, alternatively, Spanish (15% of the total evaluation)
