Social Planning for Sustainability, Innovation, and Gender Inclusion

Overview

The Social Planning for Sustainability, Innovation, and Gender Inclusion program is designed to address the complex challenges of the 21st century, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and gender inclusion. This program aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to navigate the intricate relationships between social, economic, and environmental systems.


Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance (QA) system of Sapienza University is described in detail on the Quality Team's web pages. The QA system is designed to ensure the quality of the university's educational programs, research, and third mission activities. The system involves various actors, including the Quality Team, Monitoring Committees, Joint Teacher-Student Commissions, and Quality Commissions of the Study Courses.


  • The Quality Team is responsible for defining and monitoring the quality assurance plan, as well as providing support to the departments and study courses.
  • The Monitoring Committees are responsible for monitoring the implementation of the quality assurance plan and providing feedback to the Quality Team.
  • The Joint Teacher-Student Commissions are responsible for evaluating the quality of the educational programs and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • The Quality Commissions of the Study Courses are responsible for evaluating the quality of the study courses and providing recommendations for improvement.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is composed of representatives from the world of work, chosen for their expertise and experience in the field of social planning. The Committee's task is to discuss the updating and revision of the educational programs, in relation to the evolution of the professions.

The Professor-Student Joint Committee is composed of professors and students, and is responsible for evaluating the quality of the educational programs and providing recommendations for improvement.
