Program Overview

The Early Intervention for Children with Pervasive Developmental Disorders (MALKA217) is a master's course offered at OsloMet. Admission Requirements

To be admitted to this course, students must be admitted to a master's programme in the field of behavioural science. Upper-level bachelor students in the field of psychology/behavioral science with prerequisites in behavior analysis may also apply for the course.


Course Description

This course prepares students for working in intensive programs designed to accelerate learning for young children with pervasive development disorders, using Applied Behavior Analysis. The course covers Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention and other interventions, quality control measures, outcomes, EIBI's relation to the neurodiversity movement, and more.


Exam

The exam for this course is an individual home examination, with a grading scale of A-F.

There is no semester fee for exchange students.
