Admission to the Master Programme in Applied Economics

The University of Vienna offers a master programme in Applied Economics, which is designed for students who have completed a bachelor or diploma programme in Economics or a related field.

Students who have completed the bachelor programme in Economics at the University of Vienna can follow these steps to apply for admission to the master programme in Applied Economics:

1. Ensure that their Studies Service Centre (SSC) has registered the completion of their degree.
2. Log in to u:space within the application period.
3. Under Studies > Apply for consecutive master programmes, select the master programme in Applied Economics and use the "Admit" button.
4. Pay the tuition fee/Student's Union fee within the admission period.
5. Check if everything was correctly processed in u:space > Studies > Study overview.
