نظرة عامة على البرنامج
Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Conjoint BSc/LLB(Hons)
The Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Conjoint BSc/LLB(Hons) is a program that equips students with specialist skills, increasing their employability.
Programme Overview
A BSc/LLB(Hons) conjoint allows students to complete a BSc and the LLB(Hons) in less time and with fewer points than completing the two degrees separately. Scientists are exploring and addressing the challenges confronting society in the 21st century, and todays lawmakers are underpinning these discoveries with legislation on climate change, genetics, biotechnology, and more.
Programme Structure
The BSc/LLB(Hons) takes 5.5 years (11 semesters) if studying full-time. Students need to complete 735 points, including:
- 255 points from BSc courses
- 465 points from LLB(Hons) courses
- 15 points from a General Education course
In the first year, students complete three Stage I core Law courses and four Stage I courses from the BSc, along with WTRSCI 100. They continue to take a mix of Law courses and Science courses in each subsequent year.
