Program Details

The fellowship in pediatric radiology is a 12-month program that takes place at the CHU Sainte-Justine in diagnostic radiology. The first six months include general training in pediatric radiology, and the last six months can be oriented towards a subspecialty of pediatric radiology. Additionally, part of the training will be done in obstetric imaging, ensuring continuity in the evaluation of pathologies.


Responsibilities and Expectations

Fellows will:


  • Participate in general pediatric radiology shifts and share tasks with residents on duty at the same time
  • Be on call and supervised by a radiologist on duty
  • Be responsible for all exams performed during their shift
  • Participate in discussions with residents twice a month on Wednesdays at noon
  • Present interesting cases to the group of students and radiologists once every four months
  • Complete at least one research project per year of fellowship
  • Submit at least one abstract or scientific article per year
  • Be allowed seven days off per year to attend a conference
