Program Details
One of the programs offered by the university is the Bachelor of Interior Design. This program is governed by the Regulations for undergraduate studies and by the following provisions:
- Art. 6.3 Registration regime: The student registers full-time, part-time registration is only authorized in exceptional circumstances.
- Art. 6.4 Registration requirements: The student registers according to the quarterly path indicated by the School.
- Art. 6.6 Refresher courses: Depending on the result obtained in the written expression test of a French test recognized by the University of Montreal, the student could be prescribed a written French course.
- Art. 6.10 Education: The minimum education for the program is 6 terms, the maximum education is 5 years.
- Art. 11.2 Average determining progress in the program: The cumulative average, calculated at the end of each term, determines progression in the program.
- Art. 13.4 Method of retaking following a failure in a course: Generally speaking, a student who fails a course must retake it or, with the approval of the competent authority, substitute another course.
- Art. 14.1 Promotion system: Promotion by course prevails in the program.
- Art. 18 Granting of degrees and certificates: Successful completion of the program entitles you to a bachelor's degree in interior design (B.D. Int.).
