Programme Overview
The programme is taught full-time over 16 months by leading universities, offering a unique global experience. Students will have the opportunity to study in Madrid (Spain), Edinburgh (Scotland), the UAE, or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). The final semester will be focused on the Master Thesis and can be undertaken at any of these locations.
Course Content
The programme commences in September each year and is divided into two years.
Year 1
Studies begin at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), before joining the Heriot-Watt Edinburgh campus in Semester 2. In the third semester, students can choose to study at Heriot-Watt Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Politecnico di Torino (Italy), or Technológico de Monterrey (Mexico).

Entry Requirements

- Bachelor degree or recognised equivalent from an accredited institution (minimum 3 years full-time study) in a scientific or technical discipline, including management engineering courses.
