Introduction to the Digital Mastery Program

The Digital Mastery program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, insights, and practical skills to understand and apply digital transformation from various perspectives. Upon completion, participants will be able to interpret digital transformation, analyze its impact, and formulate risks and opportunities.

Program Structure

The program consists of five modules that provide a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation. Participants can also work on a challenge project under the supervision of experts, addressing a complex digital issue from their own practice.

Modules

• Introduction to Digital Transformation: A brief micro-lecture that explains the concept of digital transformation and its impact on leadership, strategy, and risks.
• Change Management & Digital Leadership: Participants learn how digital transition processes take shape within organizations and which change approaches are effective in involving employees and teams.
• Working with Data: Discover how data forms the basis for better decision-making and innovation, and how to apply this practically in your own organization.
• Data & Ethics: Reflect on the ethical questions raised by digitalization, from privacy and transparency to social responsibility.
• Cybercrime & Cybersecurity: Gain insight into the risks of cybercrime, learn the basic principles of digital security, and discover how to increase resilience.
• AI & Organization: Explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence and its impact on work processes, decision-making, and organizational development.
• Project Assignment: Digital Mastery Proof: Participants work together on a concrete challenge within their own organization.

The program is flexible, allowing participants to determine how deeply they want to engage and which components best align with their learning goals and work practice.

• Route 1 Full Program with Project Assignment: Combine the full program with a practical project assignment, translating acquired knowledge directly into your organization.
• Route 2 Full Program: Follow the program to develop a broad and coherent understanding of digital transformation themes.
• Route 3 Individual Modules: Choose one or more modules that align with your interest or professional development needs, ideal for in-depth study of a specific topic.
