The UCD Orientation is a program available for new or recently joined employees.

Program Description

The program provides information on the UCD strategy, structure, and some key services which will help to settle new employees into working life in UCD.

Program Structure

The Hybrid Orientation Programme comprises of a 2.5 hour in-person session on Day 1 followed by a 1-hour online session on Day 2. The program takes place over 2 consecutive days.

Program Resources

Some resources to help new employees settle into UCD include the UCD Values and access to the UCD e-learning platform, LinkedIn Learning.
