The Master's Programme in Translational Physiology and Pharmacology

The Master's Programme in Translational Physiology and Pharmacology is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and methods of translational physiology and pharmacology.

Course Details

Omics in Science - Bioinformatic Analysis and Visualization of Gene Regulation

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge about handling, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of large datasets (omics), and to give an overview of the typical methods that result in large amounts of data.


About the Course

The course has a mixture of learning activities, including synchronous and asynchronous teaching, with training in a web-based learning activity, combined with lectures, seminars, and discussions. The course starts on October 23rd, 2025, and runs until November 9, 2025.
