Course Description

The course AI1142 Financial Reporting and Analysis is a 7.5 credit course that covers accounting rules, laws, norms, and regulations, both nationally and internationally. The content includes the analysis of annual reports for real estate firms, the effects of accounting practices on real estate companies, and key accounting concepts such as equity, concern, acquisition, results, and balance.
