Introduction to the PhD Program in Data Analytics and Decision Sciences

The PhD program in Data Analytics and Decision Sciences (DADS) is designed to train highly qualified senior data scientists capable of conducting research at universities, international research centers, tech and financial firms, consultancies, regulatory bodies, and other public or private organizations.

Program Overview

The program results from cooperation among three departmentsDEIB, DIG, and DMATand the Health Data Science (HDS) Center at Human Technopole. It offers students a highly interdisciplinary environment with strong ties to international research centers and companies. PhD candidates develop advanced skills in methods for analyzing and integrating large, heterogeneous datasets, applying them in healthcare, industry, sustainable mobility, and social innovation.
