Program Overview

The program "Educazione motoria inclusiva nella scuola primaria: obiettivi, strategie e tecnologie innovative" is a university course designed for teachers of primary schools. The course aims to provide teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and implement inclusive physical education activities for students with disabilities.


Course Description

The course is divided into five weeks, each focusing on a specific topic:


  • Week 0: Introduction to the course
  • Week 1: Health promotion
  • Week 2: Disability
  • Week 3: Inclusion
  • Week 4: Didactic differentiation
  • Week 5: Innovative technologies

Course Objectives

The course objectives are to:


  • Understand the concept of disability according to the ICF
  • Define the principles of inclusive education and its importance for all students
  • Know the importance of didactic differentiation and techniques for effective implementation
  • Develop practical skills to manage a variety of situations related to disability in an educational setting

Target Audience

The course is designed for teachers of primary schools, particularly those who want to acquire knowledge and skills to design and implement inclusive physical education activities.


Course Format

The course is online and free, with a total workload of 8 hours. The course includes video lessons, online resources, and a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas with other participants.


Assessment and Certification

The course includes quizzes and a final questionnaire. Participants who complete the course and achieve a score of at least 60% in each quiz will receive an Open Badge certificate.
