University Program: Professional Administrative and Financial Manager

The University of South Valley has successfully completed the Professional Administrative and Financial Manager program for its employees. The program aims to develop the administrative and financial skills of university staff, enhancing their abilities in communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.

The program consists of 10 main modules that focus on developing essential skills, including:

The program is designed to build and develop the capacities of university staff in administrative and financial management, enabling them to contribute to the institution's growth and development.

• The program has trained 10 groups, comprising 186 participants, to date.
• The training sessions are conducted by a team of experienced instructors, including faculty members and certified trainers.
• The program brings together staff from various functional areas, aiming to foster a sense of community and shared goals among participants.
