Overview

This qualification aims to develop learners' knowledge and skills around supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Pre-Requisites

• Learners should be employed in a position or have access to resources that would allow them to naturally generate evidence as per the qualification specification.
• Learners must be aged 14 or over
• Proficient in the English language and literacy, numeracy, and health and safety aspects as related to the qualification.

Target Group

The qualification is suitable for managers, unsupervised carers, or senior-level workers who come into contact with or are supporting individuals with learning disabilities as part of their job role.
