Introduction to the Diploma in Tolerance and Coexistence

The Diploma in Tolerance and Coexistence is a pioneering program in the United Arab Emirates and the regional level. It is designed to address the need for specialists in the values and principles of tolerance and coexistence, with the aim of promoting community peace, human brotherhood, and global dialogue on diversity, tolerance, peace, and stability.


Program Overview

The program is based on the vision of the UAE, "We are the Emirates 2031," which focuses on four main axes, including the community, economy, and the UAE's relations with the world. The program aims to contribute to the development of a generation that believes in the values of tolerance and coexistence, which are essential for the country's future development.

The academic plan for the Diploma in Tolerance and Coexistence includes the following courses:


  • First Year, First Semester:
    • MTC601: Advanced Studies in Zayed's Legacy (3 credits)
    • MTC603: Studies in Tolerance and Coexistence (3 credits)
    • MTC607: Tolerance and Philosophy (3 credits)
