• Attend at least 85% of direct sessions.
• Complete at least 85% of required tasks and files.
• Achieve at least 60% in final grades.

1. A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent.
2. An active leadership position in a primary school or kindergarten.
3. Proficiency in Arabic or English, depending on the chosen language of instruction.
4. A personal statement of 500 words. Note: Meeting these requirements does not guarantee admission.
