Program Overview

The Bachelor of Arts in Communication - Radio and Television program aims to achieve the following objectives:


  1. Equip students with the knowledge to work efficiently in radio and television fields, meeting the requirements of the job market.
  2. Train and qualify students to practice the arts and sciences of radio and television professionally as a continuous and evolving career.
  3. Introduce students to and assist them in obtaining job opportunities in various radio and television sectors.
  4. Train students interested in studying radio and television, providing them with theoretical, practical, and research information to face current challenges.
  5. Provide students with an understanding of the roles and functions of radio and television in society.
  6. Prepare students for specialized jobs in news reporting, broadcasting, multimedia, and specialized communication.
  7. Give students the required knowledge about the production process in radio and television, enabling them to describe historical and technical influences, understand research methods for analyzing the audience, and know the mechanisms of media production in radio and television.
  8. Provide students with the necessary skills to operate electronic equipment for audio and video media, along with operating computer programs.
  9. Enable students to produce visual programs that reflect skill and craftsmanship in performance.
  10. Enable students to develop their skills in writing news articles distinctively.
