Master in Public Law Program

Introduction

The Master's degree program in Public Law has three dimensions: educational, disciplinary, and meaningful research in the field of legal studies. The academic research dimension requires faculty and students to be up-to-date with recent developments in contemporary comparative legal systems and utilize innovations in the legal field, especially modern technological advancements and their impact on curricula and teaching methods. It also requires students to acquire knowledge and legal skills.

1. Aims of the Program: Developing the ability of graduate students to apply scientific research methods in different branches of law.
2. To meet the needs of the community in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council states, by training qualified and specialized legal researchers.
3. Developing the scientific research activities and enriching the legal knowledge in all branches of law through in-depth legal studies and research.
