Program Overview
The Police and Security program at Rabdan Academy is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to become leaders in the field of policing and security. The program focuses on the application of basic policing practices and ethics, procedures, and technologies to maintain public safety, identify threats, assess risks, and implement joint organizational solutions to maintain stability, reduce crime rates, and ensure public trust in national readiness.
Program Description
The program consists of academic courses that include police operations management in the United Arab Emirates, leadership, criminal investigations, community policing, and strategic planning. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, simulation exercises, and practical application scenarios, students learn organizational behavior skills, teamwork spirit, professional ethics, and joint operations between different institutions and readiness. The program aims to produce future leaders who will contribute to the fields of safety, security, defense, emergency preparedness, and crisis management to maintain national readiness.
