  • Hours per week: 4
  • ECTS credits: 6
  • Module: P 5.0.2 Gruppenpraktikum zu fortgeschrittenen Themen der Informatik (Master)

Program Structure

The program consists of five workshops and a project week, covering the basics of modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing with Blender.

Workshops

  • Workshop 1: Animation in a nutshell
  • Workshop 2: Modeling
  • Workshop 3: Texturing and Lighting
  • Workshop 4: Rendering and Compositing
  • Workshop 5: Guest lecture and discussion
  • Workshop 6: Animation Principles

Target Audience

The program is suitable for:

  • Students of Media Informatics (Master)
  • Students of Computer Science (Master)
  • Note: The program is designed for Master's students and is only creditable towards a Master's degree. Bachelor's students may attend and accumulate ECTS credits for their future Master's studies, but they cannot apply these credits towards their current Bachelor's degree.
