• Number of submitted copies of the M.A. thesis: By decision of the examination board of July 10, 2012, the number of submitted copies of the M.A. thesis was reduced from three to two.

Information about the thesis

• The final thesis in the Intercultural Communication course should be written in the 4th semester in accordance with Appendix 2 of the PStO.
• Please contact your supervisor as early as possible. The topic can only be returned once within two weeks of the start of the processing period.
• You can find the form for registering your thesis here. Please only use the form intended for your course of study. If there is no separate form for your course of study, please use the form labeled “general”.
• Please fill out your personal information and have your supervisor enter the topic.
• The form is submitted to the examination office directly by your supervisor or collected by the coordinator and recorded by the responsible clerk two to four weeks after the start of the processing period.
• After your final thesis has been recorded by the examination office, your registration will appear in your LSF account statement and under "Information about registered examinations". You can also check the recording of your work title there. Please inform your clerk of any typographical errors so that they can be corrected.
• Processing begins for all students at the beginning of the registration period. The processing time is exactly 20 weeks.
• Please note: Registration can take place during the entire registration period. For all students, processing begins at the beginning of the registration period.
• The master's thesis (2 copies) is either
  • on the day of delivery during opening hours to Ms. Michaela Klusch in room D 203 (Geschwister-Scholl-Platz 1, 80539 Munich), or
  • via the in-house mailbox (main entrance, right), or
  • by post (by registered mail - the postmark counts as the delivery date).

• When submitting it, you must confirm in writing that you have written your work independently and have not used any sources or aids other than those specified.
