E3: Programming for Life Science

The E3 course is designed to provide students with training in programming for life science applications. The course includes:

• 2 hours of lectures per week
• 4 CP (credit points)
• Practical course with exercises to be solved at home
• Focus on programming languages such as Python, R, and Matlab
• Group and individual projects in areas such as gene expression modeling and analysis, machine learning for sequence analysis, and image analysis.
