Program Overview

The AI Implementers: Level 4 Business Analyst program is a 13-month qualification that enables staff to gain valuable skills in data and AI, working on projects directly related to their roles and areas to make improvements and bring efficiencies to their team. The program is designed to enhance professional career development and is composed of different modules.


Program Structure

During each module, learners will complete a hands-on project using their newly learned skills. Each project is intentionally crafted to align with their role, the University of Bath's tools, and development level, ensuring every project creates real-world value. The direct connection between learning and application makes skill development meaningful.


Project-Based Learning

Projects are broken down into tasks that map to the specific knowledge, skills, and behaviors (KSBs) a learner requires in their role. This means each learner can track their growth as they progress through the project and receive feedback on each completed task.


Role of the Line Manager

The role of the line manager is crucial for ensuring a positive and successful experience for Data & AI apprentices. Managers will be supporting apprentices to protect time for their study, be part of the onboarding process, and participate in quarterly progress reviews, as well as providing feedback to Multiverse. There is an open line of communication between managers and the Multiverse apprentice coach, to ensure that both managers and apprentices are fully supported throughout the qualification.
